  1. Looking at the graphs, the compared construction methods appear roughly similar with none dramatically better than the others. ?? (I call dramatic twice/half).

    I wonder how the Bondor metal panels would fare, considering the sandwich they are using is constructed from Oriented Strand Board and not metal. I read a book on SIP construction in the US a few months back – they didn’t seem to talk about the metal skin option at all, but I didn’t pick up why it’s not popular there.

  2. yes, I’d noticed they don’t do steel skins.

    I think the lack of polar inertia is the key. Weight, rather than the actual content.

    Rather not have to find out, though!
