first poll of the election? from Interest.co.nz. I’ll be darned

Who are you planning to vote for in the November 26 General Election?

February 2, 2011 – 03:17pm, Bernard Hickey
Greens. A pox on both their houses. Neither big party can fix intergenerational wealth transfer, global warming and income inequality.
51% (115 votes)
National. John Key is competent, likeable and he has kept his promises. National is worth another go and Labour are still a shambles.
16% (36 votes)
NZ First. Winston is still the man and would stop National’s asset sales. He would also defend pensioners and stop the migrants.
14% (32 votes)
Labour. Key promised to revitalise the economy and stop the brain drain to Australia. He failed and now wants to sell SOEs. Double failure.
12% (27 votes)
Don’t know. The election campaign hasn’t even started. The devil is always in the detail. And we don’t know who has won the World Cup yet…
5% (11 votes)
ACT Party. Rodney and Roger have at least tried to keep National honest.
1% (3 votes)
Maori Party. Tariana, Peter and Hone have done well with National.
0% (0 votes)
Total voters: 224
