ninetonoon just talking of aid, types thereof. Both sides are wrong. Poverty support only increases procreation, which increases poverty. Economic growth, planet-wide, is at or near peak, so the resources for the third world to ‘get there’ are ‘not there’! So the promist is empty, will just raise false hope, and will move them further from sustainable practice, the place we all have to get to anyway. Oops, better gat back to the wheelbarrow – better have something to show for the day!!!!
